Follow-up Comment #2, bug #61080 (project octave):

Paths are stored in canonical form in the search path now. That was done to
handle other issues.

I assume you (or a system admin) assigned the drive letter "T:" to the network
share "\\waternet.local\Totaal". If that is the case, the result of `which
showcrs` might be correct.

What strikes me as odd is that `which` returned that the file would be in
`...\Digitaliseren_boringen\m-files\ML\showcrs.m`. But the dialog says that
the file `...\Digitaliseren_boringen\showcrs` doesn't exist (which presumably
is correct).
It looks like somehow parts of the path (`m-files\ML˙) have been lost when
the editor tries to open the file...
