Follow-up Comment #4, bug #43697 (project octave):
noting that ocs hasn't been updated since 2015, and it can't be installed
without odepkg, and that's no longer available on Octave Forge (and according
to https://wiki.octave.org/Odepkg will not compile/install) ... is it worth
keeping this bug open?
