Follow-up Comment #2, bug #60552 (project octave):
I meant to say fedora's buildbots still using 3.12.
Also -- I think all buildbots are on non-AVX2 hardware,
I have noticed that if I enable high optimization on modern CPUs
(-O3 -mavx2) a number of other numerical tests fails due to precision.
