I believe the format should be as follows:
HOTP/T30 user - <key> 0 2334453 2011-05-21T00:00:00L
Of course you should specify the time.

Right.
By the way - download the oath-toolkit sources and take a look at liboath/tests
directory - you can find some valid examples over there.
