[OATH-Toolkit-help] How to define users.oath file with TOTP?

Hi All,

I'm really confused about how to define the user.oath file. Do I just touch a file called users.oath and add one line like:
echo "HOTP root - 00" > /etc/users.oath

I don't see the format for TOTP. Could anyone share this information here? Thanks a lot.
