There's a bit a mix of .BR and .IR used in the man pages, specifically
when referring to another program, as in
.BR dist ,
or
.IR mh-draft (5)
There is method to that madness, but I need to get home to where I have manpage source to give proper examples. I'll try to send out a follow-up to this tonight or tomorrow.
