hi --

i got the message below from a ticket service recently.  mh refuses
to display it, with this error:

  mhshow: "multipart/mixed" type in message 7311 must be encoded in
    7bit, 8bit, or binary, continuing...

gmail of course displays it fine.

removing the first two instances (from the message hearder and
multipart header) of:
    Content-Tranfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
lets mh deal with it.  is there a way to make mh more lenient/friendly
in this case?
