I agree that it doesn't help.  (And the name HISTORY really
doesn't apply there.  CONTEXT might be better but it doesn't
capture sequences.  Though users shouldn't care how they're
stored.)

Will -nosequence require a name argument?  If not, I assume
it will disable all previously named sequences.
