Something I picked up from the list... I don't build MIME emails for
most of the ones I write so I can get away with my ~/mail/components
file having
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
amongst the headers and then just create a UTF-8-encoded drafts in vim.
That way, I avoid the quoted-printable.
If `mime' at the whatnow prompt is required then I just delete them from
the draft so they can be added by nmh.
