The list is in monotone/win32/monotone.iss; that's the project file
for buildling the win32 installer. Currently, it is:

Source: "\mingw\bin\libiconv-2.dll"; DestDir: "{app}"
Source: "\mingw\bin\libintl-8.dll"; DestDir: "{app}"
Source: "\mingw\bin\zlib1.dll"; DestDir: "{app}"

"Source" is a misnomer here, of course :).
