[Monotone-devel] Updated monotree to 0.2

Hi All

I've pushed up the 0.2 version of monotree.

The major change is that you can now click on a node to see the information about it, and get a cut-and-pastable version of the full 
revision id.

Remember it is in the net.venge.monotone.contrib.monotree branch so you don't 
get it by default.
