m/monit is configured to only accept connections from localhost. To
allow any host to connect to m/monit *remove* these lines in each
<security-constraint> element in the configure file:
mmonit/webapps/mmonit/WEB-INF/web.xml
<ip-constraint>
<!-- Only connections from localhost are allowed -->
<ip-address>127.0.0.1</ip-address>
</ip-constraint>
