[Patch] Children Support V2

Hi!

I have prepared the version 2 of the children support for monit
(codename: Kindergarden (-: ). Actually it is an enhancement of the
whole resource monitoring support.

In addition to the children support it includes:

- AIX support (by Richard Schwaninger <address@hidden>)
- "UNKNOWN" architecture support... the default architecture points to
UNKNOWN instead of LINUX. It has a has a dummy sysdep_UNKNOWN.c .

This version features additionally to the last patch support for AIX,
FREEBSD and DARWIN. Of course are all of them "blind implementations"
and are *UNTESTED*... I don't know if it would even compile. But at
least I might get user access to a AIX machine in some days.

IMO we can include OPENBSD too... but I am confused about the
differences to FREEBSD. Maybe someone can enlighten me.

Suggestions... problems... compile/usage successes are highly
appreciated!!!

Because of the size I located the patch here:

Have fun,

Christian
