[Mingw-cross-env-list] MXE : request liblqr / lensfun - Status 64 bit ?

Dear all,

For a project of mine I'm in need of following libs:

liblqr (liquid rescaling) : http://liblqr.wikidot.com/
lensfun : http://lensfun.berlios.de/

I'm not sure I understand enough about the environment to be able
creating it myself.
Anyone tried already or what does it take ?

Also, I would like to understand if it is now already possible to create
w64 binaries as well ? How would that work if at all ?
