I have tried to install the ncurses, the mk file can be download here, http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=m2jdKyM7
The patch file, namely ncurses-1-configure.patch, http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=NuF5Gz0f

For the $(PKG)_UPDATE, I think it does not work correctly.
