[microdc-devel] automatic checking for files

Hi,
I'm trying to write a little script that I can activate by cronjob to
check for a file 
let s say search for $funnyseries-$newestepisode
and then somehow return if it had any success
and maybe download the file

I thought about putting it all in a config file and then starting with
--config option but I don't know how to get to the output

any ideas?
