I've been using this one for years:
C:/[0]$print $ZSH_VERSION
3.0.5-nt-beta-0.75
and don't see strange output from it.
It used to be available from
ftp://ftp.blarg.net/users/amol/zsh/
but I no longer find it there--does anyone know a mirror?
I do find
http://unxutils.sourceforge.net/zsh.zip
but it's not Amol Deshpande's original.
