Unfortunately, the people employed to do web sites for such organisations are unlikely to have any engineering background. Your best hope is to reach someone above the the "commercial" side of the management.This is not an absolute URI in the Location response header, which is illegal. Tell the CENELEC to fix their webserver. It’s really a pity if even that body doesn’t honour standards…
