lynx-dev bookmarking looses default info after switching to source-view |

after going to a page, i can bookmark it with it's title. but when i switch
to source view, i get only "source" as the title, even after switching back
to rendered view.
this is "Lynx 2.8.5dev.8 (28 May 2002) (development version)", but the bug
is older than this, it has been that way for years.
