LYNX-DEV 2-8 bug? CC'd e-mails

i have recently sent e-mails to a couple of journalists
via the e-mail links on their WWW pages, which seem ok in themselves.
however, the Lynx instruction page which is called up offers
to CC my message to me (or anyone else, if i change it).
this used to work with 2-7 (i suppose i could test that, but haven't),
but on this occasion with 2-8 the CC's haven't appeared in my e-mail list.
this facility was expanded a bit for 2-8,
so a bug may have been introduced which no-one has noticed previously.
the offered CC e-address is  address@hidden ;
i also tried as a test simply  purslow , but without success.

can others please check?
