Actually, on closer scrutiny, there is a <CENTER> ... </CENTER> around
the whole body.  So perhaps the table should be centered?
The html is something like
        <center>
        <P>...</p>
        <table...> ... </table>
        </center>...
I removed the <P> elements and the table still is left justified by
fotemods 6/26/97.  ac-0.30 centers everything.
