I suspect this is a job for the system administrator.  If you happen to
be the sysadm, then you need to go through the steps of rebuilding your
static resolver library.  The documentation which comes with bind-4.9.5-P1
is very complete on how to do this for Suns.  Be sure that you use the
correct set of header files for your library.  The latest bind-8.1 will
automatically build a nice replacement for you, libbind.a, but be sure
you use it for compiling, and don't use libresolv.a anymore.
