Dear Help,

Help!

Please advise me.  I picked up a lynx bug last week that made the program 
freeze.  I tried the advice that came on the screeen but nothing happened at 
all.  I shut off the computer, but when I booted up again, it would not print 
e-mail messages to my local printer.  Please help.  Thank you!
