Subject: LYNX-DEV output from lynx
I really like what I call the footnoted output that lynx produces when
printing. I was wondering if there is a way that I could configure lynx
to put the page's URL out either in a header or footer though.
What I do when lynx has written out a whole bunch of
those files for a tree of docs, is to massage them all
into a big "scribe" (a typesetting package) job,
each file becoming a "chapter" in a "book", with table
of contents, etc.
If I wanted to I COULD modify the definition for "chapter"
to NOT start a new page.
And, I tell the package to format it times-roman, TWO COLUMNS (each
75 cols wide, roughly, maybe 9 or ten point), and just LP the .ps file.
But no simple way -- takes some sed, vi, etc to get it all transformed.
Sometimes am lucky in that is easy to get "sections", "subsections",
etc via regexp-changes.
