I really like what I call the footnoted output that lynx produces when
printing. I was wondering if there is a way that I could configure lynx
to put the page's URL out either in a header or footer though. Right now
if a page doesn't have a link to itself, the current url isn't available in
the output, resulting in the reader of the page having a tougher time
finding the information.
A second question as well - does anyone know of an existing script which uses
perhaps lynx and some other tools to create a single postscript file, with
graphics, color, etc. of a tree of html? The peculiar part of this request,
which makes it tougher, is that in the situation I am researching, the folk
do _not_ want each html page to being a new paper page. Instead, they want
the output to keep flowing (if document 1 ends with a single line of output
on the top of a paper page, they don't want the next file to being on the
next page of paper.
