Either that or these people since they dont have root access think that
they are stuck with whatever the admin puts on. Some people dont know
that you can easily compile 2.6 on a non-root shell account(adding SSL
capabiliy was a little harder, but thats only because I interpreted the
Makefile to mean SSLref and not SSLeay, but that problem was fixed by the
author).
