[lwip-users] tcp_next_iss() - starting ISS

Hi all,

In tcp_next_iss(), the arbitrary value of 6510 is used as the starting
initial sequence number. Is there any reason not to use any other arbitrary
starting value, such as zero?

Thanks,

Bruce.
