Details:

Has anyone got strong opinions on the config option DNS_USES_STATIC_BUF? I
think the setting DNS_USES_STATIC_BUF==1 (which is the default) is good
enough: the buffer is only used while in the function dns_recv, and that
function will *never* be entered more than once at the same time...

In my opinion, this config option does not help anything but bloating
opt.h...
