Great, looks like a lot of work ;-) I didn't realize it, but it's over a 
year that 1.3.0 has been released, so you're damn right it's time for a 
new release. I mostly agree with your selection for 1.3.1, maybe we have 
to put some items off the list, but I see what I can do.
