[lwip-devel] 1.3.1 release tags

As you may be able to see I've gone through all the bugs, patches and
tasks on savannah for lwIP and tagged those that I think should be fixed
before a 1.3.1 release is made.  I've concentrated on those that
represent bugs rather than new features or improvements, and those that
are in the core stack.

It would be great to see some effort to close these down.  If you are
one of the lwip project members, and you think you can work on any of
them please update the bug to assign it to you.

If other developers would like to contribute a patch to fix these items
based against the current CVS head, that would be great: please attach
your fixes to the bug.

You can view which bugs/tasks/patches are tagged for a particular
release by using the "display criteria" section at the top of the
savannah page for each set and selecting the "PlannedRelease" query.

At the moment there are a lot of outstanding issues tagged with "1.3.1"
so there is plenty of work to do!

Finally, if you know of any other bugs please add them to the bug
tracker, and if you think I've missed something that should be included
in the 1.3.1 release, let me know.
