Follow-up Comment #21, task #6683 (project lwip):

I guess Frederic is right that we can't keep tasks open just because the
documentation wants to be improved - otherwise they would be open forever
because they can always be improved :-).

As for merging those other bugs/tasks, I think not, personally - although
related, they are not identical, and discussion for each should be kept in its
own place, otherwise it will get very hard to follow. 21049 and 6735 are
close, but present two different solutions to the same problem. If Kieran is
against the bug 21049 approach, maybe it should be closed.
