Guillemet

Hi,

both in French and Italian (*), people should use
guillemets (<< and >>) instead of double quotes
(`` and ''), I was told.

May I suggest you this macro?

macro "<<" { @Char guillemotleft{} }
macro ">>" { @Char guillemotright{} }

So people can use guillemets in the same
way they use doubles quotes?
