Re: Version 3.13 of Lout now available

I am relatively inexperienced with the innards of lout.  I have finished
steps 1 to 17 (through "make clean") of the install directions in the
makefile.  At step 18, there is a reference to @PageType being in
$(LIBDIR)/include/dlf.  I can't find include/dlf, but there is a file
include/dsf.  @PageType occurs in dsf in the form

named @PageType      {A4   @OrIfPlainOther}

on line 57 (not line 1607 as stated in the makefile directions).

Is this the correct place to change the default page type to Letter or
whatever?  If so, the list of known page types is at line 585 and again
at line 606 (not line 2707).
