@PageMark and @PageOf

OK, I admit it doesn't work in these more complicated cases.  You
would have to insert the @PageMark zulu behind the scenes where
you can get at the body text galley after any index, and you would
have to supply a version of @PageOf that works outside the DocumentLayout
package (e.g. in a @Use clause).
 
I'll do it for Version 3.02; it seems useful.
