No, we aren't aware of any audio issue related to this specific
model.
Could you please turn on debug logs in advanced settings, restart
the app, reproduce the issue in a call and then go back to
advanced settings to upload logs and send me the link please?

Hello,
We are an internet service provider in SW Michigan using your platform and we have a couple customers that are trying to use your app on a Samsung S21 Ultra and we cannot get any audio.
We are currently using your app on a number of different Samsung and Apple products and it seems to work fine; however, this one seems to have issues.
Are you aware of any bugs with this model of device?
