Strange. It looks like a sound driver bug. Try using alsa drivers on
both computers, but don't use the ALSA mode in linphone, oss works as
well with alsa drivers.

This is one aspect of the problem. Thank you for reporting it. Please
find at http://www.linphone.org/download/linphone-0.7.2pre1.tar.gz an
update that should fix those problems.
You have to start linphone before sipomatic, also.
I'm thinking about making the sipomatic test more simple...
