Hi Felipe,
I don't think looking into /var/log/asterisk/full will be helpful, I mean, you can see there the very same as you can see in the asterisk CLI. In particular I can see messages like this one:
[2021-11-11 09:47:24] NOTICE[1306] res_pjsip/pjsip_distributor.c: Request 'REGISTER' from '<sip:056004@asc3.pas-maintenance.com>' failed for '10.100.0.6:49006' (callid: kLUCckRBZ4) - Failed to authenticate
Which points the endpoint failed the authentication. I'm attaching the full file, but as I've said ... I find much more interesting the packet capture I sent you before. I'm not sure why but your mobile app is right now the only softphone I'm having problems with registering on the asterisk server. I'd say there may be some kind of problem with the SDK.
Best regards and thank you for your interest.

Javier,
Look at /var/log/asterisk/full during registration process, look for an event that can give you more information and paste it here in this thread

Hi Felipe,
Thank you for your answer ... Apparently through TCP I have the same result, the device is still not able to register into asterisk, moreover ... headers seem pretty similar to UDP ones. I'm attaching you a .cap file for the TCP try.
Thank you and best regards.Javier.

Hi Javier,
Try to use TCP in PJSIP, it looks like the header is being truncated.
best regards.

Hi everyone,_______________________________________________
I'm trying to test an asterisk server with Linphone software ... and I don't have any problem when using the desktop app. However, ... the android app is not able to authenticate according to the pcap dump I attached. Apparently asterisk always answers with a 401 Unauthorized.
Also I can see the following error in the asterisk CLI:
[2021-11-10 09:20:15] NOTICE[29085]: res_pjsip/pjsip_distributor.c:676 log_failed_request: Request 'REGISTER' from '<sip:056004@asc3.pas-maintenance.com>' failed for '10.100.0.6:5060' (callid: WdUMM-wIT8) - Failed to authenticate
As I've said before ... I'm not having this problem with your desktop app for Linux and Windows.
Best regards.
