Hello.

As far as I know you can't import contacts as a CSV, but Linphone does support LDAP. When you specify a LDAP server in the app, the app will use the LDAP contacts remotely.

Currently, you can't forward a call before answering it in the app (this should eventually be done on the server side). However, you can forward a call after answering it in the app.

You can try Linphone and see if it meets your needs.

From what I understand you should be looking for a full VOIP solution.

If you need some assistance, you can reach our commercial team here.

Hi,

We are new in using of linphone.
We will try to use it for support-phone-calls (answer and/or forward the call to another internal number) and at first of all import all contacts we have yet.
Is it possible with using of a csv/excel etc. ?

Thank you !
