[Linphone-developers] Problem with glibc under Centos |

Hello,
it seems although Linphone is an appimage it does not run under any Linux
distribution.
When starting Linphone I get the error message
"/tmp/.mount_Linpho9bJDnt/AppRun.wrapped: /lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version
`GLIBCXX_3.4.20' not found (required by
/tmp/.mount_Linpho9bJDnt/AppRun.wrapped)"
The latest glibc version for our OS Centos7 (yes, I know...) ist 2.17.
Can anybody advise if there is an older version of Linphone available that
would run with glibc 2.17 and where to find it?
Any help would be appreciated! Changing the OS (which would be the right move)
is not an option at the moment.
Kind Regards,
Hagen
.
