Hi Bryant,

The easiest way to log is to use the ms_message/ms_warning/ms_error API, but in order for it to work you have to check the Debug checkbox in the advance section of the settings.

By the way, note the androidsound_opensles.cpp is only used on Android KitKat (4.4), so it's also normal you don't see your logs if you are using a previous version of Android.

Best regards.

Hello all,

Any ideas how to make logging work from androidsound_opensles.cpp?

I am trying to watch the behavior of the functions in the
androidsound_opensles.cpp file but all my attempts have failed to
output log messages using ms_message() and __android_log_print(). I
have added the LOCAL_LDLIBS += -llog -ldl to the file.

Thank you. Your help is appreciated. !DSPAM:5320f1de19831288697603!
