Please always include the list in your response so that others might
benefit in the future.
I don't seem to have problems on my Linux based lilypond. However I
notice the version statement in your sourcefile suggests you are on
2.19.82. That version has a couple of problems. Try to upgrade to
2.19.83 (which is what I'm using).
