Well, the link to version 1.3.117 is http://download.linuxaudio.org/lilypond/sources/v1.3/lilypond-1.3.117.tar.gz, but it's only the source, so you'd have to build it yourself. But, you're probably better off either using the pdf on mutopia, or updating the file yourself.
