I've created limited OTC support.

It adds limited embedding support for OTC fonts
which have `*.otc' filename extension.
It only supports `*.otc' filenames.
So if you would like to try it, you can create symlinks like followings.
$ ln -s NotoSansCJK.ttc NotoSansCJK.otc
$ fc-cache -v
