Assuming I've found the example you mean I don't see any error. It says:
% Scale music by *2
\scaleDurations 2/1 {
<c' a>4 c8 b
}
and this multiplies the durations of the following three notes by 2/1 , i.e, by
2,
so the c8, for example, looks like an eighth note, but actually has a duration
of
a quarter note, filling half the 2/4 measure.

I can't see what you mean. The first bullet of the last list reads:

Where is the y f! ?

This is a long section. Where exactly is this?
Ah, found it - right at the bottom.
It is badly worded - it should be
".. maps four voices in two consecutive measures to four variables."
[snip the errors in the German docs - I can't respond to those]
