Well, reverting ee0488 removes the cause of our /noticing/ issue 1472
(multi-measure rests colliding with key signatures).
The way that KeySigs reserve their space seems strange, but we don't
have to hurry to fix that if we go back to to the state where was
causing no problems.
As I gradually understand more about how the system works, I continue
to like Neil's suggestion to put KeySigs on the callback list.
