Ahh, we're caught in a bit of a bind due to the inability to make a new
development release.

If you check the Contributors' Guide on the unofficial (but most up-to-date)
docs available on kainhofer,

You will see that the "make doc" command has been added to the
documentation.

We don't recommend that users look at kainhofer, but developers are welcome
to.
