Thanks for the proposition. If the suggestion is interesting for me, and
probably for others who wants to roll debian packages with a pull from
bk before i'm doing them myself, you should note some implications:

When you release a new libunwind version, as the debian directory is
inside of the tarball, this means the debian package is released together 
with.
This imply:
- An additional test before the release (is the debian package ok)
- If the package is rejected or has package related bugs, a new sub-release
  of libunwind would be necessary.
- Each time there is a libunwind release, the package is entering into
  the process of the NEW package queue, which is not automatic as there
  is manual handling from ftp-master.

The simpler would be, while including it into the bk tree, not making
the debian subdirectory part of the tarball release.
