As explained there, I turned of per-thread caching for now. If
somebody has any bright ideas on how better manage the thread-local
memory, I'd be interested. All solutions I have thought of so far are
rather ugly.
Thanks for updating the Debian package!
BTW: If it'd make live easier for you, I'd be happy to add the
necessaray "debian" subdirectory and its contents to my source tree.
