* bugfix: Remove race condition that reset default level to Recommended from
custom levels. Unfortunately, affected users need to manually restore the
default level as JShelter cannot distinguish affected users automatically.
* bugfix: Deactivate NBS in the presence of HTTP proxy in Firefox, see pagure
issues #41 and #85 for more details.
* enhancement: Fix empty spaces to improve the look of the option page
