good. For the future you might want to add these to your
/etc/jailkit/jk_init.ini section [uidbasics]

The current version of jailkit has /lib64/libnss*.so.2 in the default
configfile, is it in your configfile?

no these are all part of libnss (name switch service), configured with
/etc/nsswitch.conf.
